The holiday house is in a quiet location, on the outskirts of Cala Rajada, 200 m from Son Moll beach and 200 m from Sa Pedruscada. Ten minutes from the touristic centre and a few kilometres away from themedieval centre of Capdepera.
The villa has been renovated and opened as a holiday home in 2013. New furniture, a new bathroom, it has 3 bedrooms with air conditioning and heating, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room and living room, all for the comfort of 6 persons, free wireless, Sat TV in the living room, a laundry, a garage, a porch, a garden terrace with fountain and fruit tres.
The property also has a swimming pool of 23 m2, with saline chlorination system for electrolysis, preventing sore eyes and dermatitis produced by traditional chlorine system. It can also be installed on request, the system of fences "BABY SECUR" child protection, offering extra security for you and your family to enjoy a relaxing holiday.
The holiday home is located only within 100 meters from the sea where you can swim in secluded areas near the small Cala Sa Pedruscada, or in other beautiful beaches not far away as Cala Agulla, Son Moll, Cala Gat, Cala Mesquida, Es Carregador and Font de Sa Cala.
4 golf courses nearby ( 5-15 km): Capdepera Golf, Pula Golf, Son Servera Golf and Canyamel.
The area offers endless possibilities for all kind of water sports, diving, sailing, water skiing, etc., and it´s a prime location for hiking and cycling activities, not far from the Parque Natural de Llevant along with a wide variety of cultural visits: Capdepera Castle, Caves of Arta, Cega Tower Gardens, Tower Canyamel, Arta and Ses talayotic countries.
